Are leaders born or nurtured?

According to Roshan Thiran, as long as that failure made by an individual doesn’t kill the organisation, he/she should be allowed space to make mistakes. Having said that, it’s not about the failure per se, but really what do they learn from their failures that matter most.

This is where they learn to grow and develop themselves as leaders. In other words, learning is a key piece of developing leaders.
