Studies have shown that the best way to learn is by seeing, doing and teaching others. In fact, one’s effective learning and growth is attributed to 70% from life experiences, and 20% from observation and role modelling, and only 10% from classroom training.

Why not challenge yourself with a new stretch project, or learn a new skill, or just do something different to expand your life’s experiences, so that you can continue to learn and grow personally and professionally?

Leaders learn best when they go out there and do!
