Nelson Mandela International Day (or Mandela Day) is an annual international day in honour of Nelson Mandela, celebrated on 18 July, i.e. the birth date of this great leader of our time.

It is a day of global call to action that celebrates the idea that each individual has the power to transform the world and make an impact, just like how Mandela did in his leadership.
