Whether we fall in the former or latter group, know that we are instilling leadership traits in our children through role-modelling or our daily interaction with them. And for those who need guidance, there are the ways we can go about it.

Oh, how you’ll be surprised that children can learn to be independent, take initiative to help out with chores, and learn to adapt and solve problems at any given situation.
