Elements of passion

Strength against the rising storm, mountains and seas
Elements that will challenge you, friend – be brave
Stand for passion; your words will carry in the breeze

First starting your journey upon elbows and knees
The safety of loving arms – within the enclave
Strength against the rising storm, mountains and seas

Leave the nest – in hand are your many keys
There you stand – and your name – you engrave
Stand for passion; your words will carry in the breeze

Now you are moving your life at large degrees
Fresh scents in the morning – with aftershave
Strength against the rising storm, mountains and seas

Many have you met along – they now squeeze
Your hand – make the jump towards the wave
Stand for passion; your words will carry in the breeze

Now you heed your innermost pleas
All shackles broken – nothing left to stave
Strength against the rising storm, mountains and seas
Stand for passion; your words will carry in the breeze
