Part 1
When Roshan Thiran was working with an organisation in the USA, he figured out that he would not want to replicate his employer’s behaviours. So, he started teaching people of the organisation and that had successfully made them do the same thing. Not only that, his employer’s perception towards him had also changed since then.

Part 2
Roshan further comments that it is leadership issues that youths have, not social skill issues. This is because when they are supposed to talk, they would listen but when they are supposed to listen, they would talk. This is different than that of true leaders, where leaders would know when to talk and listen.
