Managers Must Provide Employes with the Right Systems and Structures to be Effective

The strongest indicator of job stress is inadequate resources, materials, and equipment to do a good job. When bosses keep pushing for higher performance without the corresponding investment in the "weapons needed to win the war", it becomes a point of demotivation, and while performance may still be possible but it will not be sustainable.

We need more bosses who are constantly supporting those on the frontline because the bottomline depends on it. Think about it.
